Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

· Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

· Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.

COD Orders

· COD confirmation calls/messages must be responded to. Orders without confirmation may be auto-cancelled.

· Partial COD fees are non-refundable if the order returns to origin (RTO).

Order Refusal

· If you refuse delivery or remain unavailable during multiple delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled automatically.

· Shipping and COD charges will not be refunded.
