Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

At House of Spiritual, we ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time through our trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
(Delays may occur in rare cases due to unforeseen circumstances.)

Delivery Attempts & Customer Availability

· If you are unavailable on the scheduled delivery date, please contact our Customer Experience Team in advance.

· Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts.

· If all delivery attempts fail, the order may be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

· COD orders will be delivered only upon full cash payment at the time of delivery.

· Partial COD fees are non-refundable, even if the shipment is returned to origin (RTO).

· Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Working Days

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days for standard delivery timelines.
