Return & Exchange Policy

At House of Spiritual, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards. Since our products include spiritual jewellery, crystals, and handcrafted items, we currently offer returns or exchanges only in cases where the delivered product is damaged or incorrect.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will be accepted only if:

· You have received a damaged product, defective item, or wrong product.

· The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

· A clear unboxing/opening video is shared as mandatory proof while opening the package.

· The product is unused and returned with original packaging, tags, certificates (if applicable), and accessories intact.

 

 

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

· Sale or discounted products

· Gift cards

· Customized or energized spiritual items

· Personalized products

· Pre-order items (unless defective)

Exchange Process

· Exchange only if product is damaged or delivered product is mismatch with the order placed.

Return Process

· Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup whenever serviceable.

· After the product is received and inspected, the refund credit will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

· Refunds are issued only to the original payment method, depending on product eligibility.

Shipping charges, COD charges, and partial COD fees are non-refundable.
